All images have brief descriptive alternative text, with the exception of images that are used for aesthetic reasons only. Placing the cursor over any image or link within the text will show a description in all browsers that support the "Title" attribute.

Changing the Font Size

All font sizes are relative, with the exception of graphical text as used for the main page banner, and text size can be increased or decreased by following these steps:

For Microsoft Internet Explorer

Use the View > Text Size options in the browser menu

For Mozilla Firefox:

Use the View > Zoom option in the browser menu. You may prefer to set this to Zoom Text Only

For Apple Safari:

Use the View > Make text bigger option in the browser window

For Opera:

Select Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Fonts and increase the minimum font size as required.
